I graduated from the University of Waterloo, specializing in Business and Design, and later completed professional training in medical aesthetics. This unique background allows me to combine a strong understanding of client experience and operations with hands-on aesthetic knowledge.
I have worked in multiple medical spa settings, gaining extensive exposure to anti-aging and skin rejuvenation treatments, including photofacials, advanced facials, laser technologies, and professional skincare.
While I do not perform injectables, working closely alongside medical professionals has allowed me to witness their outcomes firsthand and develop a solid understanding of treatment planning, client education, and post-treatment care.

Ali Komeili ( Cosmetic Injector)
Ali Komeili is an International Medical Graduate (IMG) and a board-certified dermatologist in Iran. He completed his medical education and dermatology residency at the University of Iran, achieving board certification in 1998. With over 27 years of clinical experience, he is a recognized expert in dermatology and aesthetic medicine.
He has served as an assistant professor and has contributed to the field through publications in peer-reviewed journals. His practice focuses on non-surgical dermatologic and aesthetic procedures, including Botox injections, dermal fillers, mesotherapy, and mesogel treatments. Dr. Komeili is widely respected for his clinical expertise and professionalism, and he has received numerous positive patient reviews reflecting high levels of patient satisfaction. He remains committed to evidence-based care and continuous professional development.
In addition to performing aesthetic injections, he provides professional training courses in cosmetic injectables, awarding certificates of completion to participants. His training programs are designed for nurses, IMGs, and dentists, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to safely perform aesthetic treatments under proper supervision.
Solmaz Haghighi, Nurse Practitioner, Medically Supervised Weight Management Program
Solmaz Haghighi, BC-FNP, MSN, IBLCE, is a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive expertise in primary care, gynecology, pediatrics, and women’s health. She leads initiatives to expand healthcare access and improve patient outcomes through innovative, patient-centered care.
She earned her Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner from the University at Buffalo. Her belief in collaboration as a pathway to success continues to shape her professional approach. Furthermore, she has been a strong advocate for virtual and home visits, recognizing their growing importance in today’s fast-paced world. As a result, she is actively expanding the practice by recruiting highly skilled professionals and specialists.
Her commitment to medical research is reflected in her authorship of ten published medical books and thirteen scientific articles, including three ISI-indexed publications.
Beyond her work in healthcare, Solmaz is deeply committed to patient advocacy, community service, and lifelong learning. For example, her passion for senior care, mentorship, and folklore group singing reflects her holistic approach to both health and personal growth.
